Founded by a postgraduate medievalist, Halcyon is an Australian, medieval-themed, Lands PvP server seeking to create an old-school survival experience while staying on the latest version of vanilla Minecraft (1.21.10). Halcyon uses a handmade custom world and a small number of gameplay restrictions to increase difficulty, slow down progression, and reduce the value of 'meta' play while rewarding creativity, cooperation, and specialisation.
