We may take action including banning IPs or accounts and removing content.

Minecraft-Server-Lists and its branding, design, and (where we own it) content are our property or our licensors’. You may not copy, modify, or use our trademarks without permission. Minecraft and related assets are © Mojang/ Microsoft; we are not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
7. Disclaimers
The site and services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the conduct, content, or safety of any listed Minecraft server or third-party site. You use the site and join servers at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minecraft-Server-Lists and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the site or any listed server. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any).

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we may notify you via the site or email where appropriate.
